Comfortable bed in a cozy room.

I was woken up multiple times by early morning street noise from delivery trucks and street cleaners. The revelers returning from bars late at night were also disruptive. I expected a quieter stay given the hotel’s reputation, but the noise made it hard to sleep.

I stayed for 1 night in a Double Standard Room with Views and loved the little balcony overlooking the street. The location is unbeatable, just a minute's walk to the cathedral. The kettle in the room was a huge bonus for me! The lady at the reception was so nice, probably the friendliest I met during my travels. It was a great experience!

Oh, the chocolate muffins were a culinary delight! Plus, being right in the heart of the action meant I could explore stunning local eateries like Petiscos do Cardeal and Casa Camilo.

We enjoyed the celebratory sounds of the street, but if you're after total peace, it might be a bit too lively—especially with the early morning hustle and bustle.

The location was ideal, just a stone's throw from the Cathedral! Our room was very clean and comfortable, perfect for resting after exploring the city. The staff even accommodated our three dogs, making it a family-friendly atmosphere. Highly convenient for food nearby!
